Feedback on the pCbCR Taxonomy and Report generator

In 2021, the European Union published a Directive aiming at making tax information of certain entities public, in particular their geographical distribution.

While such information has been available for tax authorities for a while, this initiative aims at enhancing public scrutiny, promoting a better informed public debate. This information will benefits investors, creditors, employees, and the general public.

As transparency requires accessibility, the European Union is making the publication of this information in an electronic format mandatory, and currently conducts a survey (link in the document below) to ensure the technical format and filing rules are consistent with the stated objectives.
